  4. ivy-KAP does not guarantee admissions. We are an independent organization and do not have tie-ups /affiliations with any specific school.
  5. ivy-KAP has the right to use your success for marketing purposes. However, we will completely anonymize your profile.
  6. Selection of school/s will be through mutual discussion with the client.
  7. ivy-KAP is not responsible for reminding/calling the students about upcoming deadlines. Once the research has been shared, it is the client's responsibility to keep in constant touch with the consultant and ensure that the deadlines are met.
  8. Responses to edits will take 2 days or 48 hours (please keep these timelines in mind with respect to the application deadlines).
  9. ivy-KAP is not responsible for submitting the required documents to the schools.
  10. Essays / Resumes or Statement of Purpose will not be written by the consultant. It is your responsibility to write and re-write the material as per the given comments.
  11. The samples and research material provided by ivy-KAP are confidential and we expect the client to maintain confidentiality.
  12. Forms will not be filled out by us; however, we will thoroughly check the filled out forms before final submission.
  13. Telecalls will be between 10 - 6 (Monday - Saturday). If you need to connect BEFORE OR BEYOND these timings, please fix a prior appointment.
  14. Sundays and National holidays are STRICTLY non-working days.
